This weekend, two teams desperate for wins, Notre Dame and Arkansas, will meet at Razorback Stadium. ESPN’s FPI has weighed in with each team’s win probability.

The Razorbacks are coming in off a tough loss to Memphis. Arkansas was up 28-17 going into half and came out in the second half and only put up 3 points. The Razorbacks would go on to lose 32-31 in heartbreaking fashion. Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green threw 2 interceptions and 1 touchdown.

Green has had a good statistical start to his season, throwing for 1,191 yards, 12 touchdowns, and 4 interceptions. He has also added 360 yards on the ground to his total and 2 rushing touchdowns. He will need to be spectacular against Notre Dame if Arkansas wants to win.

On the other hand, Notre Dame has had a less-than-ideal start to their season. After dropping its first 2 games to Miami and Texas A&M, the Irish were able to bounce back last week with a 56-30 win over Purdue.

Freshman quarterback CJ Carr had his first game with no interceptions against Purdue. He completed 10 of his 12 passes for 223 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Turnovers will likely determine the winner of this matchup. If Green and Arkansas can play clean football, the Hogs will have a great shot to come out victorious, and the same could be said for CJ Carr and Notre Dame.

ESPN’s FPI is giving Notre Dame a 56.4% chance to win this matchup, above the 43.6% chance it is giving Arkansas. Kickoff is scheduled for Saturday at noon ET.
