According to 247Sports’ composite ratings, Wilson is the No. 27 cornerback and No. 34 Sunshine State prospect of the 2017 class. The site’s Crystal Ball predictions have 13-of-13 picking Wilson to sign with the Gators. UF’s defensive backs coach Torrian Gray and linebackers coach Randy Shannon, a South Florida native, are leading coach Jim McElwain’s pursuit of Wilson.
