Florida released its 2015 coaching salaries to the media Wednesday, including Jim McElwain.

McElwain signed a six-year contract that will pay him $3.5 million per year through 2020. He had a $500,000 signing bonus, and he’ll also receive a $500,000 retention bonus based every year if he stays.

Here are the performance-based incentives in McElwain’s contract, via 247Sports.

$250,000: Win National Title
$200,000: Play For National Title
$150,000: Play in National Semi-Final
$100,000: Play in Access Bowl Game (Cotton, Fiesta, Orange, Peach or Sugar)
$75,000: Win SEC Championship Game
$50,000: AP National Coach of the Year
$50,000: Top 10 Finish
$37,500: Play in SEC Championship Game

$25,000: AP SEC Coach of the Year

Assistant Coaches

The Florida Gators are spending $3.42 million on their assistant coaches for 2015, up from $3.23 million in 2014, according to The Orlando Sentinel.

Defensive coordinator Geoff Collins is the Gators’ highest paid assistant coach. Collins, who came from Mississippi State, will make $600,000, an increase of $25,000 from his previous job with the Bulldogs.

Interestingly, Florida was able to poach Chris Rumph from Texas for the same salary. Jim McElwain is an excellent recruiter, huh?

Perhaps the Gators’ most important coach, Mike Summers, is making the least. Summers improved the offensive line drastically in 2014, and he’ll earn every dollar he makes in 2015 with the same goal.

Here are Florida’s assistant salary numbers:

DC Geoff Collins: $600,000
OC Doug Nussmeier: $500,000
DL coach Chris Rumph: $415,000
LB/Co-DC Randy Shannon: $400,000
TE/ST coach Greg Nord: $375,000
RB coach Tim Skipper: $350,000
DB coach Kirk Callahan: $300,000
WR coach Kerry Dixon: $275,000
OL coach Mike Summers: $200,000
