With so many bad deeds being highlighted nationally, it’s great to see Florida linebacker Cristian Garcia’s story receiving so much positive attention.
In case you missed it, the walk-on linebacker recently prevented a sexual assault by helping a defenseless woman and helped police identify the attacker after he fled the scene once Garcia intervened. According to Florida’s official Twitter account, ABC World News will run a story to highlight Garcia’s actions Sunday evening:

“The girl was basically unconscious,” Garcia told First Coast News. “So I knew there was no way she could be giving consent.”
