Tuesday is a big roster cut day in the NFL as teams look to get down to 53 players ahead of the 2021 season.

The Carolina Panthers cut 13 players on Tuesday morning, and former Alabama standout pass rusher Christian Miller was among them.

As you can see below, Miller was cut alongside guys like QB Will Grier, LB Josh Bynes, TE Stephen Sullivan and others:

The Panthers drafted Miller in Round 4 of the 2019 NFL Draft (the No. 115 pick overall). He appeared in 7 games in 2019, recording 3 total tackles and 2 sacks.

He opted out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns. As the 2021 season quickly approaches, he’ll begin the search for a new NFL home.
