Carson Tinker is looking for a new NFL opportunity.
The New York Giants announced Tinker’s release on Tuesday as part of the club’s moves to get the roster down to 80.

After not playing in the 2019 season, Tinker signed with the New York Giants in September 2020. He spent the 2020 season on the team’s practice squad.
Tinker has played in 69 games in his NFL career.
The Giants announced their roster moves. Here’s the recap:
• IR: TE Rysen John (ankle), S Quincy Wilson (ankle)
• Waived/injured: TE Cole Hikutini (hip), S Montre Hartage (shoulder)
• Cut: LS Carson Tinker
27 more moves needed to get down to 53-man roster by next Tuesday.
