Former Florida kicker Eddy Pineiro signs free agent deal with Raiders

Most thought former Florida kicker Eddy Pineiro would get drafted at some point in the seven rounds; however, that never happened.
Following the NFL Draft, Pineiro tweeted that he was signing a free agent deal with the Oakland Raiders.
It wouldn’t surprise us in the least should Pineiro have a big NFL career. He certainly has the leg and the accuracy to have a long career; however, would he have benefitted by returning to school for his senior season? He was one of six undrafted SEC underclassmen, and all could have returned for another season.
