Former Gator Daniel McMillian arrested for attempted sexual battery after allegedly exposing himself
After finishing his playing career last January, the post-Gator life apparently isn’t going well for Daniel McMillian. A recent participant in Florida’s Pro Day event, McMillian now finds himself arrested in Gainesville, charged with attempted sexual battery and false imprisonment. Both charges are felony crimes.
According to the police report, McMillian had a woman over to his apartment for “legitimate business reasons” but the former Gator linebacker allegedly had other intentions in mind. After locking and blocking the exit door, the victim alleges McMillian exposed himself to her. After expressing her discomfort, she asked to leave, to which McMillian denied her request. The alleged victim then kicked McMillian in his exposed genitals and fled the apartment.
