Former Kentucky player Craig Yeast is joining the coaching ranks at the Division II level.

Yeast was a talented receiver during his time at Kentucky, setting some school and SEC records. Now, he’ll look to bring that success to the sidelines.

As you can see below, D2 school Kentucky Wesleyan has hired him to be the head coach of the football program:

Kentucky Wesleyan went 2-8 this year, and hasn’t had a winning season since 2014, so Yeast will have his work cut out for him.

Still, he’s in Kentucky, and his name will have a lot of cache with players in the Bluegrass State.
