The Bills announced Friday that Dantzler was waived with an injury designation. The club signed another cornerback, Kyron Brown, in a corresponding move for the 90-man roster.

Buffalo may not be done with Dantzler. According to Ajay Cybulski of Buffalo Rumblings, Bills GM Brandon Beane is open to having Dantzler on the team in the future.

CB Cameron Dantzler tweaked his hammy, and it was more than a 2-3 day type situation.
Doesn’t rule out getting Dantzler back at some point. #BillsMafia
