Former Mizzou LB Gerald Nathan Jr. announces transfer destination

The Missouri Tigers had several defenders enter the NCAA transfer portal this offseason.
One of those players was LB Gerald Nathan Jr., who appeared in 8 games during his Mizzou career, primarily on special teams.
On Tuesday night, Nathan took to Twitter to reveal his transfer destination. As you can see below, Nathan is switching from the Tigers to the Lions, as he’ll play for Southeastern Louisiana in 2021:

Southeastern Louisiana is an FCS program that plays in the Southland Conference. The Lions are coached by Frank Scelfo and went 4-3 during the pandemic-shortened spring 2021 season.
Nathan recorded 2 total tackles during his time in Columbia with the Tigers.
