NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported Monday that Sternberger is signing with the Buffalo Bills after a successful workout. Sternberger recently played for the USFL’s Birmingham Stallions, leading the league with 7 touchdowns.

After finishing his college career at Texas A&M with All-SEC and consensus All-American honors in 2018, Sternberger was selected No. 75 in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He made 18 appearances over 2 seasons with the Packers. Sternberger logged 12 catches for 114 yards and a touchdown in the 2020 regular season.
