Four-star WR JaVonte Richardson announced his commitment to Kentucky on Sunday.
It’s a huge recruiting win for Wildcats coach Mark Stoops, who has secured the pledge of the 29th best wide receiver in the nation and No. 227 player in the country for the 2017 recruiting cycle, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
The 6-4, 210-pounder from Maple Heights, Ohio chose the Wildcats over offers from Michigan and Syracuse, among others.
