Former Ole Miss DL Greg Hardy explains how no crowd noise helped him win at UFC 249

The UFC got back to live events on Saturday night in Jacksonville, running a full fight card at UFC 249.
One of the fights featured former Ole Miss DL Greg Hardy against Yorgan De Castro, and Hardy won to improve to 6-2 in his young MMA career.
As you can see in the video below, he actually credited not having fans in attendance with helping him win, as he could hear what the ringside analysts were saying:
"Shoutout to DC, I heard him tell me to go out and check 'em, so I went out and checked 'em!"

“I heard him tell me to check him, that I needed to figure out how to check it, so I started trying to check him. Game changer!”
The UFC is going to continue to hold fights over the next few weeks, with a UFC Fight Night scheduled for this coming Wednesday in Jacksonville.
