Following an outstanding weekend camp performance, Harrison Bailey punched his ticket to the Elite 11 Finals.
Tennessee’s quarterback commit for the 2020 recruiting cycle was in Charlotte over the weekend for the Elite 11 regionals competition and after displaying his arm talent for the prestigious QB camp, the Volunteer pledge earned MVP honors from the Elite 11. That result means Bailey is on his way to the Elite 11 Finals to compete for arguably the top individual honor a high school quarterback can win during the camp season — Elite 11 Finals MVP.
The Elite 11 Finals are scheduled to take place June 28 – 30 from Frisco, Texas. The competition is an invite-only event where quarterbacks around the nation earn their opportunity to compete for the prize after displaying their talents in regional camps.
During the event’s previous three years, SEC signees have all won the award as Justin Fields, Tua Tagovailoa and Shea Patterson each won Elite 11 Finals MVP honors.
Bailey, a product of Marietta High School out of Georgia, is currently rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports Composite Rankings and the No. 5 pro-style quarterback in the nation. Bailey is currently Tennessee’s highest-rated commit for the 2020 recruiting cycle.
