As football fans, nothing gets our attention quite like a heave to the end zone on the final play.
In Texas, Friday night’s Spring vs. Westfield featured a thrilling Hail Mary walk-off win. Spring trailed 23-21 with just seconds left on the clock. Spring snapped the ball on its own 49-yard line. QB Bishop Davenport scrambled and maneuvered to buy some time, eventually launching the ball from around the 41-yard line. Wide receiver Travis Sims hauled it in for the game-winning touchdown.
Both Davenport and Sims are class of 2022 prospects, per Max Preps. Their thrilling TD can be viewed below:
