A University of Houston cheerleader suffered a brutal fall Friday night in the Washington State-Houston game.
On a 2nd and seven pass play down the field by Houston quarterback D’Eriq King to a diving Keith Corbin, ESPN sideline reporter Paul Carcaterra tried to avoid any sort of collision along the sideline. While backing up away from the field of play, Carcaterra accidentally bumped into a Houston base cheerleader who was holding another cheerleader up in a stunt. Well, the base cheerleader dropped the flyer after the contact by Carcaterra, and she took a nasty fall.
