Jacksonville State went into Tallahassee on Saturday night and pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the year.

The Gamecocks won 20-17 thanks to an incredible last-second 59-yard touchdown pass that sent FSU to an embarrassing defeat.

After the game, Jacksonville State players eagerly left their mark on FSU’s stadium, planting the school’s flag at midfield:

That is reminiscent of when Baker Mayfield of Oklahoma planted the Sooners’ flag at midfield following a big win at Ohio State a few years ago.

Jacksonville State will be celebrating this victory for a long time. Mike Norvell and the Seminoles will be hearing about this loss for years to come.
