Jaheim Bell and the South Carolina Gamecocks face an important game in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl on Thursday.
Facing off against 6-6 North Carolina, the Gamecocks have a chance to pick up win No. 7 in Shane Beamer’s first year in Columbia.
And, they’re off to a hot start. As you can see below, Dakereon Joyner found Jaheim Bell for a 69-yard touchdown on the Gamecocks’ first drive of the game:

Bell was just getting started, though. The next drive, Bell caught a 66-yard touchdown pass from Zeb Noland:

The Gamecocks are clearly fired up for this game, so we’ll see if the Tar Heels can bounce back moving forward.
If Bell makes some more big plays, the Gamecocks will be tough to beat on Thursday afternoon in Charlotte.
