Jarrett Guarantano injury update: Vols QB out against Arkansas

Tennessee quarterback Jarrett Guarantano started Saturday night against Arkansas; however, he was taken out of the game in the third quarter after suffering an injury.
SEC Network’s Cole Cubelic announced that Guarantano is out for the rest of the game after suffering a head injury and has been taken to the locker room.
Backup quarterback Brian Maurer replaced Guaratano after he was removed from the game, and Maurer missed on his first 2 passes.
Guaratano finished 5-of-8 for 42 yards against Arkansas.
