Javon Baker, former Alabama WR and ex-Kentucky commit, announces transfer to Group of 5 school

Javon Baker spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons at Alabama, but decided to enter the transfer portal this past offseason.
After originally committing to Kentucky, that transfer didn’t end up happening and Baker re-entered the portal.
Now, he has officially announced a new school. As you can see below, he took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal he was committing to Gus Malzahn and the UCF Knights:

In two years with the Crimson Tide, Baker recorded 9 catches for 114 yards and 1 touchdown.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Baker was a 4-star player out of Georgia in the 2020 class. He was the No. 34 overall receiver in the 2020 class.
