Five-star RB John Emery shocked everyone when he decommitted from Georgia this week.
The nation’s No. 2 ranked RB is now back on the market, and everyone is going after him. Most consider LSU the favorite for the Destrehan, Louisiana, native, but it’s not a foregone conclusion.
Emery is ranked as the nation’s No. 22 overall prospect and Louisiana’s No. 3 overall player, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
“I just want to make sure I’m making the best decision of my life,” Emery told reporters after Friday night’s win, via FOX 8’s Garland Gillen.
When asked if LSU was the leader, Emery responded smiling, “Nobody is the leader right now.”
