Jordan Rodgers was excited to broadcast the South Carolina game against Texas A&M because the South Carolina state fair was next door to Williams-Brice Stadium.
With all the sights and sounds of the fair, Rodgers made a comment that drew plenty of attention with a comment about corndogs during the broadcast.
“Oh my gosh, talk to me dirty corndogs,” Rodgers said. “Are we on?”
Rodgers, along with broadcast partners Tom Hart and Cole Cubelic, took a moment away from an otherwise exciting first half. South Carolina built a 17-3 lead thanks to a big-time special teams play and an early turnover.
The Aggies roared back and made it an interesting game by halftime, as it was 17-14, and it appears the game on the field should give Rodgers plenty to talk about, and he can get his corn dog fix after the game.
