Allen is in Year 5 with the Jaguars. The No. 7 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft is making a strong case to be paid handsomely this offseason.
Entering Sunday’s contest, Allen’s career numbers through 72 games (58 starts) included 240 combined tackles with 41 sacks. His career-high in combined tackles came in 2021 when he posted 71 stops.
Things are going well for Allen’s Jaguars on Sunday as they seek a spot in the playoffs. The Jacksonville defense is pitching a shutout, as even without Trevor Lawrence the Jaguars lead 16-0 in the 3rd quarter. The game is airing on CBS.
