JUCO WR commits to Arkansas

Junior college wide receiver Jonathan Nance committed to Arkansas Tuesday.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound pass catcher attends Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and Nance chose the Hogs over offers from Troy and Colorado State. Other SEC programs such as Florida and Georgia had shown interest in him.

Nance became the ninth commitment for Arkansas in 2017 recruiting class. He caught 31 passes for 400 yards and three touchdowns last year. He’ll have two years of eligibility at Arkansas, and he plans to graduate in December.
