Justin Jefferson’s 2022 season is off to a scorching-hot start. The former LSU standout had a monster first half in Minnesota’s Week 1 game against rival Green Bay, recording 6 catches for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Jefferson’s first-half performance was record-setting for the Vikings. He also hit a professional career milestone of 200 catches. Jefferson is the fourth-fastest player to hit the 200 mark.

Jefferson has likely played his way into the early MVP discussion. We’ll see how he follows it up in the second half. The Vikings-Packers game is airing on FOX.
