National Signing Day came and went nearly two full months ago, but the Kentucky Wildcats added one more piece to their 2015 recruiting class this weekend in the form of 6-foot-9 two-way lineman Calvin Taylor.
Ben Roberts, who covers the UK recruiting beat for the Lexington Herald-Leader, broke the news Sunday afternoon. Taylor is the 22nd member of UK’s 2015 class.

Taylor’s height could be a valuable asset to Kentucky’s defensive line should head coach Mark Stoops choose to move him to that side of the ball, and his listed weight of 260 pounds would better suit him along the defensive line.
The Augusta, Ga., native will enroll at Kentucky this summer. According to Cats Pause, he plans to sign his letter of intent as soon as he receives the document. He reportedly received interest from both Temple and Charlotte during his recruitment.
