Kentucky basketball announces 2 exhibition games ahead of 2023-24 season

Kentucky has set a pair of exhibition matches ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
John Calipari’s Wildcats will face Georgetown College on Oct. 27 and Kentucky State on Nov. 2. Both games will be played at Rupp Arena.

The Kentucky State game is part of the Unity Series. The games aim to benefit HBCUs by raising funds and promoting awareness of their missions.
Georgetown College and Kentucky have played 3 previous exhibition games. The last meeting took place in 2019 when the Wildcats notched an 80-53 victory.

Big Blue Madness is set for Oct. 13. Kentucky’s first game on the regular-season schedule is against New Mexico State on Nov. 6 in Rupp Arena. The Cats will then play Texas A&M-Commerce before a Nov. 14 showdown with Kansas at the United Center in Chicago as part of the State Farm Champions Classic.
