Kirk Herbstreit has been hearing from Texas A&M fans over the last few weeks. The ESPN analyst and broadcaster has had the Aggies ranked behind the Gators despite having the head-to-head victory earlier this season.
Herbstreit even picked the Auburn Tigers to upset the Aggies Saturday; however, following another Texas A&M win, Herbstreit is singing a different tune. He bumped the Aggies into his top 5.
The ESPN personality still has Alabama, Notre Dame, Clemson and Ohio State in his top 4, but Texas A&M checked in at No. 5 and Florida at No. 6.
If that looks familiar, it’s because that’s the exact top 6 the committee had Tuesday night. Will that change, if any, this week?
