LSU has offered 2017 fullback prospect Ben Miles a scholarship, according to reports.

Miles happens to be Les Miles’ youngest son and a fullback for Catholic High. He’s listed at 6-1, 210 pounds. Miles hasn’t been rated by 247Sports player rankings yet.

“I got a call from coach Frank Wilson and he said the staff watched my tape and they liked it, and they have faith that I could be a player for them some day, and gave me an offer,” a humbled Ben Miles stated to NOLA.com.

“I didn’t know it was coming today or anything, but I go to camp and compete and I want to play college football. I wanted to be offered by LSU, too.”

Miles’ other son, Manny, is a walk-on quarterback at North Carolina.
