LOOK: Nick Saban, Tua Tagovailoa have ridiculous autograph lines at Alabama fan day

The two most popular people in the state of Alabama are Nick Saban and Tua Tagovailoa, and Saturday’s autograph lines certainly reflected that.
The Tide’s head coach and quarterback were the center of attention for fans Saturday afternoon. The Tide conducted an open practice earlier, and later, fans got to line up for autographs.
Saban’s and Tagovailoa’s lines are likely as long as some teams will have the entire season. Seriously.
Look at this, as shared by 247Sports’ Charlie Potter. Saban’s line stretches toward the left end zone, while Tagovailoa’s line stretches across the field to the sideline:

Aside from Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence, Tagovailoa is the nation’s most prominent player, and coming off of a nearly 4,000-yard season, including 43 touchdowns, it’ll be interesting to see if those numbers improve. But even Tagovailoa had to be impressed with how many fans wanted his autograph. He had to be escorted from the autograph table to the locker room Saturday.

This is nothing new for Saban, however. He’s had long lines since he set foot on Alabama’s campus.
