Fourteen Alabama players and head strength and conditioning coach Scott Cochran travelled to Tampa, Florida, for a leadership trip.

Tide DL Isaiah Buggs shared the photo via social media in front of what appears to be an IMG sign in Bradenton, Florida. The players shown below are Quinnen Williams, Miller Forristall, Christian Miller, Isaiah Buggs, Shyheim Carter, Hale Hentges, Jalen Hurts, Ross Pierschbacher, Raekwon Davis, Mack Wilson, Terrell Lewis, Deionte Thompson, Damien Harris, Anfernee Jennings and coach Scott Cochran.

While many think QB Tua Tagovailoa will win the starting job over Hurts, the veteran QB is still a leader on the team, as shown below. Hurts is one of five offensive players who made the trip, while the rest are defensive players.

Leadership Trip👌🏾💯‼ #RollTide

Leadership is massive on every team every single year, and it’s been crucial to Alabama and the way Nick Saban’s “Process” works. Year after year, guys step up and lead younger players (usually to championships).
