LSU added not 1, but 2 future offensive pieces on Friday.

After picking up a verbal commitment from 4-star quarterback Peter Parrish, the Tigers got a verbal pledge from JUCO tight end TK McClendon, according to multiple reports.

McClendon is from Copiah-Lincoln Community College (Mississippi), where he had 3 catches for 63 yards and a touchdown during his freshman season.

The 6-3, 240-pound tight end caught the eye of the LSU staff on Friday at Elite Camp in Baton Rouge.

Including McClendon, LSU now has verbal commitments from 15 recruits. Ed Orgeron has been on a bit of a recruiting roll as of late, with verbal pledges from aforementioned Parrish and 5-star cornerback Derek Stingley earlier in the week.

The Tigers currently have the No. 5 class in the SEC and the No. 8 class overall in the 247sports rankings.
