LSU lands commitment from 4-star OL out of North Carolina for 2024 class

LSU continues to grow its 2024 recruiting class. The latest commitment for Brian Kelly’s program comes from a lineman out of Mooresville, North Carolina.
Lake Norman standout Ethan Calloway has announced his pledge to play for the Tigers. Calloway took to Twitter on Friday to share the big news.

Calloway’s listed measurements are 6-7, 300 pounds. He is rated 4-stars, the No. 5 North Carolina recruit, No. 18 offensive lineman and No. 210 prospect overall nationally in the Class of 2024 on the 247Sports Composite.
Seventeen teams extended scholarship offers to Calloway during his recruitment. In April, he named a top 8 of LSU, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, North Carolina, Penn State and Tennessee. This month, Calloway tweeted of visiting LSU, Florida, Georgia and Penn State.
With Calloway on board, LSU now has 18 commitments in its 2024 class, which is ranked No. 8 overall on the Composite. Calloway’s junior season highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl:
