LSU makes final 4 for 4-star edge defender committing in early July

After picking up 60 scholarship offers, Jaxon Howard is set to make a decision on his future. Howard is down to 4 schools and will be committing next month.
The Minneapolis native has narrowed his options down to LSU, Miami, Michigan and Minnesota. He’ll be committing to one of those schools on July 1. Howard is visiting all 4 finalists before his commitment. He already visited Minnesota on June 10 and will be going to Michigan on Friday before returning to LSU (June 21) and Miami (June 24).

A Robbinsdale Cooper standout, Howard is listed at 6-4, 245 pounds and rated 4-stars, the No. 1 Minnesota product, No. 10 edge defender and No. 96 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite.
