LSU left tackle Jerald Hawkins missed warmups Saturday, and will not start for the Tigers against Ole Miss.
Hawkins suffered an ankle injury during the Tigers’ loss to Arkansas last week.
Appears that Hawkins will not start for #LSU. In full team warmups, it’s Vadal at LT and Toby at RT. Rookie to make his first ever start.

On Wednesday, LSU coach Les Miles indicated he expected Hawkins to play today.
It’s been a long time since Hawkins has watched the LSU offense from the sideline. He has started the last 35 games on the Tigers’ offensive line.
Jerald Hawkins, by the way, has started every game of his #LSU career. He redshirted in 2012, started every game in 13, 14, 15 so far.
