LSU is trying to send coach Ed Orgeron out as a winner on Saturday night against Texas A&M.

That’s a tough task, obviously, but the Tigers have been fighting hard. After controlling much of the first half, the second half belonged to the Aggies.

That is, it belonged to the Aggies until the final minute of the fourth quarter. That’s when QB Max Johnson found WR Jaray Jenkins for an incredible touchdown pass to give the Tigers a 27-24 lead with 20 seconds left:

A&M has 2 timeouts and 2 seconds left to try to make a move and spoil Coach O’s home finale.

For now, though, the storybook ending is in play in Baton Rouge.
