Mario Craver has shown early in the season that he is a threat to make a big play anytime he touches the ball. The sophomore has been the biggest playmaker for the Texas A&M offense — by far — and he showed that once again on Saturday night.

With his team trailing 7-0 early against Notre Dame, Craver delivered another incredible play as he broke multiple tackles on an 86-yard touchdown.

In the Aggies’ first 2 games against Utah State and UTSA, Craver had 236 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. He has had at least 5 catches and 114 yards in both of the games. He transferred to College Station in the offseason, having played his first year at Mississippi State.

Last season for the Bulldogs, he had 368 yards and 3 touchdowns the entire year.

The game between these two teams is a rematch from a Week 1 matchup last season. That game, in College Station, saw the Fighting Irish walk away with a 23-13 victory. If the Aggies are going to be able to exact some revenge and win the game on Saturday night, they may just need Craver to continue to show that type of big-play ability.
