Mississippi State names interim AD ahead of Scott Stricklin’s departure to Florida

Mississippi State AD Scott Stricklin will take over as Florida’s athletics director starting Nov. 1.
Though there have been rumors about a full-time AD taking over the Bulldogs’ sports programs, the school announced that Scott Wetherbee would serve as the interim AD in the meantime:

According to the Mississippi State athletics website, Wetherbee is currently a senior associate AD, dealing with external affairs.
