Mississippi State struck first in Thursday night’s Egg Bowl.
The Rebels offense has been moving the football at times, but MSU’s defense has played well. The Bulldogs offense punched it in first to take the early lead. Bulldogs’ running back Nick Gibson, who’s playing in his last Egg Bowl, ripped off a 27-yard touchdown run. The senior back went untouched to draw first blood in the rivalry game.
Great design by Joe Moorhead and the Bulldogs.
