Missouri picked up another dominating victory this season as the Tigers took care of business against Louisiana on Saturday, winning by a score of 52-10.

The Tigers got a huge performance from running back Ahmad Hardy, who rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Hardy started his college career at Louisiana-Monroe, and had experienced defeat to the Ragin’ Cajuns during his time as a Warhawk.

That result played a factor on Saturday’s game, as Hardy admitted after the game that this one was personal.

“Last season they beat us by 14 points and I was telling the guys this one was a little personal,” Hardy said. “So, I wanted to beat them. I wasn’t really focused on the yards, I just wanted to beat them and they came with it, so that’s what happened.”

The 250 yards was the most by any FBS player in game this season, but it wasn’t the only terrific rushing performance by a Missouri running back. For a second consecutive week, the Tigers had two runners with at least 100 yards as freshman Marquise Davis finished with 113 yards and two touchdowns.

The Tigers took control early in this game as Beau Pribula led the Tigers on four straight touchdown drives to start the game to put the team up 28-0.

With the win, Missouri moves to 3-0 before the start of SEC play. The Tigers will play their fourth of six home games to start the year when they No. 11 South Carolina.
