In 1911, Mizzou started the homecoming tradition, inviting alumni back to the school for a big football game against the arch-rival Kansas Jayhawks.

Now, 105 years later, the Tigers are preparing for this year’s homecoming game, which will pit Mizzou against the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders.

Set to Eric Church’s “Give Me Back My Hometown,” the above video is sure to induce goosebumps for Mizzou alums and fans alike.

The 2-4 Tigers need to channel some Faurot Field magic on Saturday against the 4-2 Blue Raiders. For Mizzou to qualify for a bowl game this season, beating Middle Tennessee is a must.

For those not flocking back to Columbia for homecoming, check out the action at 3 p.m. Central time on the SEC Network.
