Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris couldn’t finish out Sunday’s 23-20 overtime win over the Cincinnati Bengals because of a foot injury, but it looks like it’s not going to keep him sidelined any further.
Harris recently talked about his injury in a radio appearance, saying that he was “good” and that he would be back on the field for Week 2 action against the New England Patriots.
“I’m good,” Harris said. “I’ll be back at practice this week and then I will be playing this weekend.”

That’s about as clear as it gets, and is good news for the Steelers moving forward as they look to remain undefeated. Harris totaled 10 carries for 23 yards against the Bengals, also reeling in two receptions — one of which was a touchdown.
The Steelers and the Patriots are set to kick off at noon CT on Sunday at Heinz Field.
