March Madness will be here before you know it, and this year, it appears the SEC will be well represented in the greatest annual basketball tournament in the world.

The latest bracketology posts from ESPN’s Joe Lunardi and CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm have as many as seven SEC schools in the dance with three others knocking at the door of getting in the field. If the SEC does exceed expectations and get 10 in the field, it would represent five more teams than the league got in the field in 2017.

Here’s how each bracketologist currently places SEC programs:

Joe Lunardi:

  • Auburn #2 seed in the East
  • Tennessee #4 seed in the West
  • Florida #5 seed in the East
  • Kentucky #5 seed in the South
  • Arkansas #9 seed in the East
  • Alabama #9 in the Midwest
  • Texas A&M #11 in the Midwest (on the bubble)
  • Missouri (first four out)
  • South Carolina (next four out)

Jerry Palm:

  • Auburn #2 seed in the South
  • Tennessee #3 seed in the West
  • Florida #4 seed in the Midwest
  • Kentucky #4 seed in the East
  • Arkansas #8 seed in the East
  • Alabama #9 seed in the Midwest
  • Missouri (first four out)
  • Texas A&M (first four out)
  • South Carolina (first four out)
