One former Crimson Tide offensive lineman is currently looking for work.

The New York Jets announced on Monday the team has waived Korren Kirven. He was signed to the team’s practice squad last December. The move appears to have been made to clear space for the incoming rookies the team acquired following the 2018 NFL Draft.

The former Alabama lineman played in Tuscaloosa from 2012-2016, making his first appearance in the starting lineup for the Tide during his redshirt senior season.
