On Saturday, sports media reporter Richard Deitsch reported that ESPN was removing Joe Tessitore and Booger McFarland from the Monday Night Football booth.

Both of them will remain at ESPN, but won’t be calling the network’s Monday Night Football games. So, that begs the question of who will be in the booth on Mondays.

NFL insider Barry Jackson reported that Steve Levy, Dan Orlovsky and Louis Riddick are among the candidates to land in the booth for the 2020 season:

Jackson notes that ESPN isn’t in a hurry to make anything official. Indeed, though the NFL schedule was released this week, it remains to be seen if games can start on time amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

We’ll see what happens in the coming weeks, but after missing out on Peyton Manning and others again this offseason, it seems the MNF booth will look drastically different.
