Nick Saban lands big bonus for leading Alabama to Rose Bowl win

Coaching for Alabama has already made Nick Saban one of the wealthiest football coaches in the history of the game but the Crimson Tide continue to take care of the leader of the program.
Not only did Alabama’s 31-14 win over Notre Dame in the Rose Bowl punch the Crimson Tide’s ticket to the upcoming College Football Playoff National Championship Game, it resulted in a nice bonus for Coach Saban.
According to Saban’s coaching contract, the Alabama coach earned a $200,000 bonus on Friday after leading the Crimson Tide to a win in the Playoff game.
Saban also earned a $250,000 bonus for leading Alabama to the 2020 SEC Championship crown.
Needless to say, it’s good to be Saban.
