Nick Saban didn’t sound very satisfied following Alabama’s 66-3 win over Ole Miss
While he isn’t likely to show much emotion expressing his excitement, Nick Saban had to be happy Saturday night with his team’s latest performance. Coming off a dominating 59-0 win at Vanderbilt, the Crimson Tide followed up that effort by beating Ole Miss by a whopping margin of 66-3.
The win puts the Tide at 2-0 in SEC play and at a perfect 5-0 for the season.
Immediately after the program’s latest win, Saban attempted to hide his excitement — you know the Alabama coach is already looking ahead and not eager to let his team get caught up in the moment as the conference slate will only continue to get more challenging in the coming weeks.
Saban post-game: "Nothing's perfect."

While that was a curt response, Saban did open up a bit more after that:
Nick Saban: "That was obviously a good win for us. We hadn't really defeated a team, especially that team, for a long time."

The Alabama coach also was eager to highlight some of the things done incorrectly in the 63-point win.
Nick Saban review's Alabama's 66-3 win over Ole Miss: "We had some dropped balls, some miscues, some penalties … Nothing's perfect."

Saban also gave an update on Da’Shawn Hand, who was injured and had to be carted off the field.
Saban said Da'Shawn Hand probably has an MCL strain. He will be evaluated tomorrow along with Trevon Diggs who injured his foot.

Trevon Diggs also was injured in the game. Here’s what Saban had to say about Diggs:

Apparently, someone must have informed Saban that Texas A&M won Saturday night. The Aggies have now won four games in a row and will host the Tide next weekend. Here’s proof that Saban is already looking ahead to the next game on the schedule:
Nick Saban: "I don't care about how many points we scored in the last 4 games. I only care about the next game."
