Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide hold a 9-6 lead over Georgia in the CFP National Championship Game on Monday night in Indianapolis.

But, the Tide lost big-play threat Jameson Williams to a knee injury in the second quarter, hampering their offense.

At halftime, Saban said it’s going to be up to the younger guys to step up and fill Williams’ shoes:

“I think we get other players who have an opportunity,” he said. “There are a lot of young guys out there, they’ve got talent, so they’ve got to play with competitive character. They have a chance to make some plays. They’re capable. They don’t have the experience, but they’re going to get it tonight.”

Can the Tide overcome the loss of Williams? We’ll find out soon enough.
