Nick Saban enlists help of College GameDay to complete Miss Terry’s to-do list in latest commercial

Nick Saban has found a newfound calling alongside his recent broadcasting career. Delivering some top-notch commercials for key brands during the football season, including a hilarious spot for Vrbo. (Just don’t rent a vacation home from Saban.)
On Thursday, Saban’s latest commercial endeavors came out with an awesome ad for Home Depot. It includes the former head coach with his newfound co-hosts of College GameDay, including Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso and Desmond Howard.
The commercial starts with Saban finding Miss Terry’s chore list attached to the fridge. Instead of tackling it by himself, Saban enlists his co-hosts to help him finish the job.
“Hey guys, the faster we get through Miss Terry’s list, the faster we can sit back and enjoy kickoff,” explains Saban. He specifically assigns the task of watering the garden the garden to Corso with the caution to be careful with Miss Terry’s flowers.

While Saban’s coaching days are over, he continues to be a major voice around the sport due to his new job at ESPN. His early showings on the GameDay desk have received high marks for his knowledge of the game and ability to integrate that knowledge through the show in a seamless fashion.
Saban was also recognized as one of the all-time greats in Alabama coaching history with the field inside of Bryant-Denny Stadium renamed in his honor.
Now, we’ll see if there are any more commercials in the pipeline throughout the season, but Saban’s first few commercials have all been brilliant.
